• Due to the holiday season and COVID-19 delivery times may be longer than usual.

  • Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within the Netherlands (excluding holidays) is 1-2 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. You can track your package with your tracking number that you will receive by email.
  • Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 3-12 business day (or even longer). Curlygirlmovement is not responsible for any custom fees imposed by your Country for international shipping and delivery. Due to the pandemic delivery to the USA takes much longer than usual. USPS is experiencing a lot of delays.
  • If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to Curlygirlmovement, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

If you would like to return/exchange a product, you can do that within 14 days.

Products must be returned in a new, unused state. In all cases, the item must be packed in a secure packaging. If not, please call the head office for an agreement.

NOTICE: To return a product, the returning costs is entirely at own expense.
